Before anything else, this is a story about care. Care is the foundation of every family, yet too often the people who give the most receive the least in return. As a physician, I saw this every day: mothers carrying entire households through pregnancy and recovery, expected to do it all and rarely supported the way they deserved.
Motherhood was never meant to be a solitary experience. For generations, mothers were surrounded by a village that helped carry the load. Over time, that village faded, and families were left to navigate life's most important transitions with far less support than they needed. I created this practice to help rebuild it. The care I provide extends beyond medicine alone, supporting mothers through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and everyday life in a way that is personal, attentive, and deeply human. Because when a mother is cared for, everything around her grows stronger. Families thrive, children flourish, and her wellbeing ripples far beyond herself.
This work begins with my parents, Yasmin and Tariq Chaudhry. Through their marriage, I witnessed a love grounded in service and generosity. My father always placed the care of mothers above all else, teaching me that caring for someone is not a single act of kindness but a daily commitment, a choice made over and over again.
To care for mothers, so they never have to do it alone.
In loving memory of Tariq Chaudhry.
